Paul is an aircraft leasing and financing professional with a special focus on restructuring and risk management, with over 12 years experience in the aviation finance sector across banks, airlines and aircraft leasing companies.

Most recently, Paul held roles covering all aspects of risk and restructuring (including repossessions), as well as debt/arrears management at two prominent aircraft leasing companies (AerCap and ALAFCO).  Prior to this, Paul had been in senior management roles at two leading airlines in South Asia, where he was in charge of aircraft leasing/financing and fleet procurement.
